	@MovieDynamic as of right now I am looking at the stats for this quiz and it has been taken 684 times. So far Zero people have gotten above the 23-27 range. Even if you did get 23-27 you didn't do very well seeing how 23/38 = 60.5% and 27/38 = 71% your score would have constituted from a D- to a C-. So unless you those are "good grades" to you, this quiz is not easy.

	Walker, Texas Ranger is actually the longest running primteime drama, but the last 433 episodes are stashed under Chuck Norris' beard. No one has been brave enough to try to watch them.

	I grew up on a lot of these shows. Back in the days when the whole family sat down to watch TV together, Mannix and Ironside and Bonanza were pretty popular at my house. And I used to hurry home from school every day to see reruns of Lassie. I think I've seen every show on the list at least once.

	It specified prime time which daytime soap operas are not, except for the 3 mentioned which were the prime time soaps my Mom watched that stuff its the only way I remember them. The western genre was hot in the 50s and 60s, I forgot all about that dog!

	@Haunter: Lassie had so many episodes that 6 separate dogs played Lassie over the course of the series. It may be true that you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but you can certainly teach a new dog old tricks.

	@Booger: Actually 2 Lassies were let go in a salary dispute. One was fired on a morals clause - he apparently had puppies with five different mothers. Another quit because it was a male dog and was tired of acting like a bitch. (Hey, it's a clean word in this sense!)

	I can recall watching Lassie as a young boy (way too many years ago) and I don't EVER remember the show running an hour on a regular basis. The quiz has probably been up too long now for a correction, but facts are facts. "Lassie" was a 30 minute-long show--even June Lockhart,one of the show's early human stars, described it as "a fairy tale about people on a farm in which the dog solves all the problems in 22 minutes, in time for the last commercial."

	@melissa- I think you're right, and it's probably because shows based around hospitals, crimes, law, etc. allow for viewers to see different materials and characters every week as a new case/patient is introduced. I know that's what kept my interest in a lot of these shows. Mind you, even shows like ER I got tired of very quickly as it soon became apparent that every doctor and nurse slept with each other at one point or other.
