I don't know much about cricket, but the three names I could come up with got me 5/22. Don't think I could come up with another name if you gave me all day though, let alone another correct answer...

I got all the ones since I was born. Thank you for a change from moronic American sports quizzes (what the hell is a QB running yard anyway).

@Gamesmaster: A quick baker's running yard is three baker's feet, which is to say, 39 inches.

I opened this just to read the comments (I probably would have posted something like the first or second comment if they hadn't already). I was about to chide John Lambeth for his comment, but it seems none of us can play nice. How sad.

@davidr: A QB is a quarterback and quarterback running yards are the number of yards that the quarterback runs for before being tackled, should he decide to run with the football.

Cricket and [American] football are both great for quizzes! I missed 3 - 307 must be the hardest answer.

Hah, outside of Bradman the only cricketers I knew came from the Slumdog Millionaire question. Obviously they were another position though :P

this is what we need a mix of sports so us non-american users can have a chance. and if your aussie then all the aussie players should be easy enough to get bradman, hayden, cowper, simspon, taylor are all greats of australian sport

Possibly accept "Hanif" for Hanif Mohammad, since there were four Mohammad brothers, and with Muslim names like Hanif, he was known as Hanif by the cricketing world anyway.

I got 12/22 but i'm getting seriously sick of the hatred toward U.S. Centric quizzes. There is an equal supply of both types. If you want more euro-centric quizzes get off your arse and make one. specifically you gamemaster: calling it moronic on what basis? and same for anyone who bashes cricket if it's so horrid don't participate. gg

@Ben: Yeah, that is a little surprising now you mention it. Tendulkar's highest score turns out to be 248 not out against Bangladesh in December 2004.

Possibly a 20/20 version of this game? Maybe not 300 but 90 or over? Could be good.

@Clamson: that might be something to do with Ramnaresh Sarwan's career best being 291 against England earlier this year.

Can I suggest that 'Ul Haq' is permissable instead of the whole inzamam ul haq. It is on the other test cricket quiz (top run scorers) and I would have got it if I had not made a false assumption that ul haq would turn it up. Love the cricket quizzes btw - I might have to start trying to develop some.
