It should be division, not conference.

It should ask for the division not the conference. I spent forever trying to type in variations of NFC or AFC. Only to realize it was going for the divisions not the conferences.

A well-written Sporcle sports quiz. It's easy enough in patches so that non-sports fans will be able to get a few but also difficult enough that sports fanatics such as myself will enjoy trying to recall Tom Benson's name.

It's surprising that the Saints have had only one #1 draft pick when you consider how long they were held to be the epitome of sports futility.

I was really confused by "nickname". I figured it out, but I didn't understand that it meant the team name at first (because I assumed that was a given).

Heh, I misspelled it as "Payton Manning" and picked up Sean Payton along the way.

New Orleans Nickname...kept trying to type in Big Easy. I thought this quiz was comparing the cities....then I read the rest of the clues and felt dumb.

I'd have to check an actual list, but it seems as though the Super Bowl often has a team who's been there a few times already and a team that is making it's first trip or first trip in a very long time. That seems to be a good mix.

omnipotent1: It has been that way for the last few years it seems. 1998: Falcons (1st appearance) vs Broncos (6th) 2000: Ravens (1st) vs Giants (3rd). 2002: Bucs (1st) vs Raiders (5th) 2003: Panthers (1st) vs Patriots (4th). 2004: Eagles (2nd and 1st since 1980) vs Patriots (5th). 2005: Seahawks (1st) vs Steelers (6th). 2008: Cardinals (1st) vs Steelers (7th). 2009: Saints (1st) vs Colts (3rd)

@uchusky815: I'll even be more of a nitpicker. This is the INDIANAPOLIS Colts' SECOND Super Bowl appearance. SB III and V were made by the BALTIMORE Colts. Have a nice day.

I didn't think nickname meant team name. They're not the same.
