| I agree this could certainly be a more extensive list which would make it more of a challenge (and learning experience). Franklin, where something like 14 confederate generals were killed. Petersburg, though not one battle (neither was Atlanta), so could use the Crater, Five Forks. Cedar Creek was absolutely critical to the safety of Washington late in the war and a near run thing. Also agree on Cold Harbor. It would be fun to have some lesser known battles as well like Balls Bluff, Corinth, Pea Ridge, Wilson Creek, Glorietta, Malvern Hill, Seven Pines. |
