	@cocky - check out the link to "Blue Peter". It actually has a good explanation of the title! 29/40 isn't bad. The one I missed that I knew was "Blue Cross Blue Shield" I thought they were different companies so tried each separately. Didn't think to try them together lol. Good quiz.

	@sh471 - Not a coincidence. He developed NYPD Blue in part as a vehicle for Franz because he liked him so much in Hill Street Blues, and they were both cop shows - hence the blue, and he was banking on the popularity of Hill Street Blues to get people interested in NYPD Blue. That and Dennis Franz's butt.

	Blue Cross Blue Shield one is interesting since in some states it's "Blue Cross", some "Blue Shield" and some "Blue Cross Blue Shield". And I didn't realize Blue Man Group was a Vegas thing, since they've been performing about a mile from me here in Chicago for at least the last 10 years.

	Good idea, and a fairly good mix. Perhaps top heavy on the pop references while still missing some (potentially) more obvious answers than those chosen. (Moody Blues being the most glaring.) I agree that "Blue Cross" and "Blue Shield" should probably be acceptable on their own. I'd heard of "Blue Ribbon" but not the brand, but I accept that it might be more known to Americans... Other potential answers (e.g. "DEEP Blue" and "Blue DANUBE") also seem as if they'd be more widely known and easier to guess than some of those currently languishing at the bottom of the guessed-pile. But everyone will have their own bugbears.
