"Fan Park Zap" was way too easy! The rest at least made me think.

The first one is wrong. I almost put Christina Aguilera but then realised there is no "Y" in her name but there is in the word "Ugly" in the anagram.

to add onto my previous comment i'm guessing the anagram should read "Uglier Satanic Hair" instead.

Yep sorry, when I put Ugly Satanic Hair for the first clue, I was obviously thinking of myself, the clue is now changed.

Whew I only got the most often guessed three before I switched on the hints, then it went swimmingly, I even got Taylor Swift whom I never heard of before. (How I missed Kurt is beyond me.) Anyway this quiz is awesome, some are painfully relevant which is obviously intended. My favorite is I'm A Jerk, But Listen. If you could toggle the two parts of the hints separately it would be completely flawless.

i love 'shut it now, honey'. quite apt! 'i'm a jerk but listen' is also inspired.

Is it wrong that I only got "I'm a Jerk, But Listen" because he is currently on Oprah? Great subliminal messaging, by the way.

@ smidge - Same for me. I typed in his name before I even looked at any of the anagrams and up he popped. Great quiz, Sporcle.

I only got 3 without the hints, and then only 3 more with. There's probably some sort of system one can use to do better on this, but I couldn't figure it out.

Please please please add Presbyterians, it is like the most genius anagram ever!! Not many people in the whole world can make an one word anagram out of their name and she does also happen to be a very famous musician too.

Britney Spears a musician... that's using a term loosely.

It was the word musician that confused me. Where is Modest Mussorgsky? 2/16 using the hints ...

at first i was guessing musicians like ludwig van beethoven, but then realised that the artists were much more modern, and didnt perform classical music!

I really appreciate the work that goes into this kind of quiz. To jumble letters is easy. To jumble letters that make new words is harder. To jumble letters so that the new words are relevant is really hard. Now add "relevant and funny". Thanks a lot, I can only imagine how many artists you had to throw out because the anagrams just did not work out well enough.
