	My kids were excited to see this one! It's fun to do the ones they can play (crayola, sesame characters, etc.) We got them all except Ivy. I thought her name was Clare for some reason. Good quiz!

	I know these because I read the books when I was younger, and I know the new ones because there's ads all over for a new american girl store in my area. But Molly's best friend wasn't Emily. Emily was only in one book. Her best friends were Susan and someone else who I can't remember. I might be nitpicking though.

	I only got Kit and Molly. Haha. I never had the dolls. :( But my cousin did and she would dress up as Molly for favorite character day at the library. Then I went to see the Kit movie, so that one wasn't too hard. :P

	D'oh, I kept trying for Abby or Abigail, totally forgot her name was Addy. I stopped paying attention around the Kit/Josephina introduction, only vaguely aware of the "Best Friends". Man I miss the catalog, browsing through that thing as a kid was like heaven.

	@lalalala if u look at the list it does have Rebecca from 1914. It just says that her name is Rebecca Rubin. So, yes, sporcle has her.

	I only remember the first five dolls I grew up knowing. By the time I started high school, more were added so I don't know about the recent ones added, haha. I got Samantha doll as a gift from my uncle for my 8th birthday and I loved her so much X3

	@Buffy While I completely agree with what you're saying about Molly's actual best friends being Linda and Susan, the doll that AG produce as Molly's best friend was Emily.

	I loved AG as a girl, and wanted Samantha more then anything! My mother was repulsed by the $82 price tag and I never got one =( I looked at the catalog and pretended that the picture of the Samantha doll was real and played with that. I was only aware of Felicity, Kirsten, Samantha, and Molly (plus friends.) If they are any good I may have to check out some of the 'new' ones, but I am quite sad to hear that Samantha was retired. I guess now I can never make real my childhood dream of owning her doll.

	You should add the two newest historical characters Marie-Grace and Cecile from New Orleans in 1853.
