	Thank President Félix Houphouët-Boigny for moving the Ivory Coast's capital from the front of the line to his ancestral village near the back (true, Yamoussoukro's ahead of Yaoundé). And my memory/mind must have failed me, as I think of Abu Dhabi (the UAEs' capital) and Dubai (their largest city) as two of the seven United Arab Emirates, rather than as cities.

	@mykindofsoljer: yes, the 76ers are first. but the quiz is things that are alphabetically first. the 76ers start with a number, so therefore, they don't count.

	@drthunder07 It has to do with the fact that AC Milan is in the Serie A (Italian League) whereas the Premier League is the English soccer league. Also, in Italy, AC Milan is just "Milan" and Inter Milan is just "Inter" so that might not have flown anyways.
