Love it! Would also love a minute or two more. Oh, and Jonesboro is in Arkansas (AR) not Alaska (AK).

Great quiz. I'm glad I remembered almost all of the answers to my A-Z highest populated quiz. Well, except Yonkers, I couldn't think of it.

this was great. definitely front-page material. a different way of processing my sporcle-accumulated geography knowledge. and living 3,000 miles away from california made it particularly challenging.

@erikjc: I got Zephyrhills, but when I checked the stats afterward, it said 0%. Hmm...

@Iznyc212: the quiz has been taken more than 1,000 times. If you're the only one than less than .1% have gotten it, thus it registers at 0%. I should have gotten Zephyrhills too; I pass by it all the time when I go to and from Tampa.

after some experimenting, I determined that when you guess zephyrhills, it registers as Zionsville, IN.

I got Zephyrhills, and the box around it was gray, not green. It said I got two different Z cities that I didn't really get. Great quiz!

Fun quiz, but should have included X, even if the cities are obscure. The USA is a big country, Xenia Ohio can't be the only X city.

One of the perils of going state-by-state and naming all the largest cities is that one may forget Washington, DC. Which I did.

I thought it was funny three of the Q cities are named quincy. I agree the X cities should be up there, no matter how small they might be.

As much as I'd love to agree with the X-ophiles, I could only find one other incorporated place in the United States that started with X. It's in Illinois, and is also called "Xenia."

@thisisaname: I find the coast-to-coast strategy extremely effective. Except for Washington. It's odd, because I'm pretty sure if I wasn't from the U.S. I could have gotten Washington DC. Then again I probably wouldn't have gotten Bakersfield.

I'm from California, and I thought it was funny how many towns that I think of as being out in the boonies were on the list. There are some states that don't have ANY towns as populous as these "little" places. Very interesting. Also interesting that Texas tops the list for so many letters. Everything really is bigger I guess. :)

Even if there are not enough entries for four spots for X, there should still be X entries. They didn't take Qatar out of the quiz that features each alphabetically last country per letter just because it was the only country beginning with Q.
