Dili and Dublin have L's in them. Also, the P in Naypyidaw (What is that the capital of? :S ) Good idea though. :)

it's the capital of Myanmar and yeah that, Dublin and Dili shouldn't be there. Which means I got 4/13 which isn't so bad, I should have gotten Baku! This will be good when the errors are sorted.

I think you misspelled "banGui" (capital of CAR) -- otherwise would have had 13/13 :( either that or maybe you meant banjul (The Gambia), but it has an L, of course. anyhow good quiz, you beat me to it :)
