Some of these aren't cities eg. MK and Telford. Should the title be towns and cities? Also what's the source for this?

Also, you should allow newcastle and stoke etc, as alternative answers. These points aside, I like the formnat and layout of the quiz.

Some of the city populations are wrong such as Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield... why isn't wakefield on here? it's the 11th largest in the UK. There's just a lot wrong with this quiz. Wikipedia has screwed you over.

The title says all UK cities, but the quiz only includes cities in England.

Omitted Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, Aberdeen, Swansea, Dundee, Wakefield, Mansfield, just off the top of my head.

As well as Brighton, Salford, Birkenhead, Peterborough and Luton after a bit of research. I realise that not all of these are technically cities, but nor are Wolverhampton, Ipswich, Walsall, Bolton, Bournemouth et al.

I think these are off the 2001 survey so they're out of date and they rely on fairly arbitrary definitions of where places lie. Most of these are prob cities in the geographical sense though and yes, it isn't UK. For what it is, it's not that bad

Apart from all the good comments above, the time is too generous, especially with the county as a clue, when many of the counties are named after their largest city.

England instead of Uk as noted a and just "newcastle" etc. Source is arbitrary, but nice quiz overall.

luke 78: I think you will find that Glasgow Edinburgh and Belfast are actually in the UK, not just technically!!

Leeds' population is 798,000 (2010), or 596,000 if you use PUAs. That also ups the population of many other cities on there.

@lobsterman56 it is. Plus Huddersfield is not a city I live there. And i support Huddersfield TOWN. There you go, proof. It is quite large though if you count the other side, like salendine nook and holmfirth.

If you are going to count towns as well, then Stockport should be in there at almost 250,000 people!
