| Je suis Français, et honteusement je n'ai pas su épeler "décennie". Je pars me cacher avec ma baguette, mon béret et mon litre de rouge.
I'm a French guy and I did not succeed in spelling "décennie" right. I go to hide with my baguette, my beret and my bottle of red wine !
About "In the morning" :
I don't know the right meaning of the English expression, but 8 AM is said "8 heures du matin". Do you say "8 o'clock in the morning" in that case ?
If you mean "I will visit you sometime in the morning", we say "DANS la matinée" (matinée is quite the same word as matin, but used in that case). This can cause some confusion |
