	DiBiase's reign isn't officially recognised by the WWF/E, after Andre gave him the belt the championship was declared vacant which led to the WWF title tournament at Wrestlemania 4.

	i got 42 out of 43 never chose andre cause i thought cause he gave it up and they had the controversy with the ref it never actually counted

	DiBiase Sr. should definitely count considering there's an MSG show where he wears the belt and is announced as champion. I know, not officially recognized but longtime fans (like me) will pick him because he had the belt. Maybe just take him off the list then?
