I like it, but you might remove the opponents' names, since at least 5 of them are correct answers.

Considering some the lows of being a Derby fan, I'm chuffed to bits to not see them on this list (well actually, the receiving end of the list).

How did I forget that Portsmouth vs Reading game? The highest PL score since its inception. Was looking over at the scoreboard at Old Trafford a few weeks ago hoping we could match it.

I'm a huge Sheffield Wednesday fan and wished to find my team in this quiz. And so I did, three times, in the very wrong column...

I'm sure it's probably a simple typo given that the teams are mentioned in 95-96, but the first one should be Blackburn 7-1 Norwich, not Nottingham Forest. If I remember correctly it was fairly early in the season and Norwich were top before kick-off with Blackburn in 2nd. Nice quiz though.

TessSGS, evidently not. It's a shame. I'd have liked to change it. I must have just got NOR and NOT mixed up. Never mind.

'Notts Forest' should count for nottingham forest. Saw my team in this quiz, the 7-1 to Blackburn being the first thing that came to mind.

@crocker united don't just buy talent like some teams also nurture youngsters and develop their talent (Giggs, Becks, Scholes, Welbeck, Cleverley, Evans, Brown, O'Shea, Fletcher, Gibson, The Nevilles, Butt)

@samkyon: Notts is short for Nottinghamshire - which is why Notts Forest is not valid

Love the fact that Man City are only on here once - and that as a thrashing by Middlesbrough. Money can't buy history (says a fan of a team that last won a trophy over 40 years ago).

I'd need to double check - but I think you can get 27 of 28 just by knowing the Big Four - Spurs - and Newcastle...every other team save Portsmouth was on the receiving of game from a team that could be guessed earlier...
