| @sportsrefuge: the rankings are based upon what is available to the students (not the STD rate), such as the cost & availability of contraceptives (at RU I want to say that they practically give out condoms & the Plan B pill is like $10 at the health clinic on campus); testing for STD/HIV & costs, as well as the support groups on campus that focus on this topic, such as an outreach program, lectures on the topic, student peer groups or any support groups that involves HIV/STDs or sexual assault programs. With the amount of programs that are available at RU, the ratings does seem legit. |
