For every country I've counted out how many of the letters in its name are K-Y-R-G-Z-S-T-A-N. This has been translated into a percentage of the total length of the country name. For example: in 'Angola', the N, two A's and G come from Kyrgyzstan. This means that 4 out of 6, or 4/6=66.7% of its letters are Kyrgyzstan letters. For 'Benin', just the two N's, so 2/5=40% Kyrgyzstan letters.
