A few quick things. First off, this is a long quiz, and there's bound to be mistakes. Please help me out if you see any problems with this. Second, I know there are quizzes for each sport, what I'm trying to do is make a collective quiz for the avid fan of all four sports.

It's a solid idea, and I like it. But perhaps you can remove the word "season" from each hint, so that it takes out that extra space and players don't have to scroll as much? Props for a quiz that definitely took some time and effort.

The names of the 02-03 Super Bowl Champ and 07-08 NBA Champ are misspelled.

Misspelled the Packers in 66-67 and the Browns in 64-65. Also, this is not the first quiz where I have seen this, but in 82-83 the Redskins name did not have (and seems to never have had: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_Redskins) a space between red and skins.

How about instead of making us look for the errors, why don't you look for your own errors?

@obamawhitesox, I'm not sure I've ever seen a user created quiz that was perfect. They always require some corrections. I've attempted to find all the mistakes. I'm not asking you to comb my quiz for mistakes. I'm asking that, if you come across errors, let me know so I can fix them.
