Puerto Rico isn't a country; it's part of the USA.

Also, these are capitals, with an A. Capital refers to the city. Capitol refers to the building.

Since it's Spanish-speaking places, why not accept "La Habana", "Ciudad de Mexico", "Ciudad de Guatemala", & "Ciudad de Panama".

I'm a Spanish Ed/International Studies major specializing in Latin American culture and history. We are taught to say that Bolivia has 2 capitals. La Paz is the modern capital, but Sucre is the indiginous capital and is still very much considered the capital by that population. Same with Peru. The modern capital is Lima, but Cuzco is the indiginous capital. Since there is a lot of antimosity between the 2 it would simply be more correct to have both capitals in this quiz.
