yea, some of these rankings can be controversal/surprising...especially with cost of living involved. I thought that msnbc had a special about how bad the economy was in Elkhart, Indiana. Don't see how some of these cities make it in here.

a very questionable list. i was shocked that boston, minneapolis, and san francisco werent on the 300,000+ list while san diego and cincinnati were.
