Whoa, way too much time. Got 'em all in 22 seconds, though I probably would not have got the 10.02 person if not for the 9.79 one.

Got it, slashed the time in half now. The 10.02 one is a bit unfortunate, but I didn't want to make it so that you'd need both names. Maybe that was bad?

the 1977 in the title is misleading, Jim Hines' 9.95 was run in 1968 and lasted until 1983 so the ones before that do not comply with the question. Good quiz though, my kind of game.
