No longer needs to be in order, and it now accepts the official name in the local language(s). Non-English names require diacritical marks and other special letters, though ("République française", not "Republique francaise")

I typed in 'the' and got the PRC and Israel. I really don't understand Canada. Props to Sporcle for teaching us the DRC's the whole time!

Fixed. Also, Canada is included because it's a bit tricky, and also because I found it amusing.
