| I noticed that all the words you've marked with asterisks are past-tense verbs / adjectives derived by adding "d" to the end of a verb, and most of them are way too common not to be accepted by Scrabble. Different forms of verbs are usually listed in the dictionary with the basic form. I took the liberty of looking up one of the asterisk words, "FACED", and it was in the Scrabble dictionary under "FACE". The entry began "FACE [9 pts], (FACED/FACING/FACES)" These words are recognized by Scrabble, they just don't have separate entries from their base words. |
