Excellent continuation of the concept, but there's a problem with your execution: the source lists only cities in the European Union, which is not synonymous with Europe and leaves out non-member countries like Ukraine, which is why Kiev, among others, doesn't appear on the quiz. That may explain your 1-star rating.

Actually with Budapest, it still requires you to type in the country along with it.

I was so surprised that Chelyabinsk lacked repeating letters that I completely forgot that it's just east of the Urals.
