Well, except the difference is that America has a fair justice system where the defendant is looked upon as innocent until proven guilty unlike many of these other countries that chop your hands off if you so much as steal something

I never thought there'd bo so many. It's sad really. Way to go Japan and South Korea. With the current medical knowledge, it's rather difficult to cancel a death penalty that's been carried out.

The death penalty for treason in the Uk was abolished around 2000 - later than for murder
