Possibly too easy--I managed to get all of them, even though I hadn't heard of half the songs, and even though "Your" in the third column should be "You". (Man, that threw me.)
Aug 21st, 2010 at 04:31 GMT
The display should include the artist name in at least one of the columns. Example: Inní mér syngur vitleysingur (Sigur Ros). (Not that I've ever heard of the song, Enough, but how many other Icelandic bands are usually in your quizzes.)

@rockgolf: after reading your comment, I was so hoping that song would turn out to be by Björk :-)
Aug 21st, 2010 at 21:15 GMT
Janie's Got a Gun is in the third column as "all"
Aug 24th, 2010 at 04:21 GMT
Wolf Parade + Sigur Ros= 5/5 from me. Plus, great quiz. Agree with the above comment that an artist name would be nice, but yeah... really good mix of well-known and somewhat obscure titles.

was hoping for neutral milk hotel after seeing the quiz address :)

your source url needs correcting.

Kept trying "I Got A Feeling" but it wouldn't accept. "I Believe In Love" is another possibility. Might want to come up with combinations that don't apply to several songs.

So you're saying there's no such song as "Joy To The Vitleysingur", huh? (Seriously: Sigur Ros -- wow. Great inclusion and great quiz.)
Oct 8th, 2011 at 04:52 GMT
The obscure Iron & Wine song was a nice touch, not surprised that it's the least guessed.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 05:02 GMT
I like the URL name.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 05:59 GMT
I have never heard of "Inní mér syngur vitleysingur," but it was one of the easiest answers because I just matched the foreign-looking words.

How'd I miss "Let the Drummer Kick", that's my wife's alarm every morning!
Oct 8th, 2011 at 09:39 GMT
What about bonus answers for All of the Lights (Kanye West) and You Got the Love (original by Candi Staton, more recently covered by Florence + the Machine)?
Oct 8th, 2011 at 12:07 GMT
I fell into the trap of assuming putting the four foreign words together was too obvious *facepalm*
Oct 8th, 2011 at 12:08 GMT
Great song selection
Oct 8th, 2011 at 13:21 GMT
Column 1: Runnin'; Column 4: Devil....Runnin' with the Devil. I don't care if there's no 'with' in Column 2, I will continue to try it every ten seconds. Oye.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 13:26 GMT
great mix of songs, genres & eras. I, too kept trying Runnin with the devil until I decided that since "with" wasn't there, it must be wrong... *duh*...

Tough but a great quiz!

Any quiz with Boston gets 5 globes.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 15:57 GMT
I lovelovelove that you mixed popular sons with slightly more obscure stuff like Iron & Wine and I'm assuming Wolf Parade. Awesome.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 15:59 GMT
I completely blanked out on this one. I couldn't even get the Sigur Ros song - and thats just putting the foreign words together!
Oct 8th, 2011 at 19:31 GMT
Good quiz; It would be nice to have it so that no other four-word songs (I Believe in Love is the one I kept trying), but I'm not sure that's entirely possible.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 19:50 GMT
It would be cool if the artists popped up somewhere. Just a thought.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 21:40 GMT
"Let it Be Me" is a possibility that doesn't work...fooled me for a bit.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 21:57 GMT
5 Globes for the first time I've ever seen Citizen Cope in a quiz.
Oct 8th, 2011 at 22:08 GMT
Happy to see citizen cope get some love :)
Oct 8th, 2011 at 22:44 GMT
All Out of Lights by Kanye West is an alternative answer. I suggest including it as a bonus.
Oct 9th, 2011 at 01:37 GMT
That was very enjoyable. Too bad I missed Keep the Car Running, that's a great song.
Oct 9th, 2011 at 01:41 GMT
I'm glad that the only one I'd heard of that I didn't get was "Wanted Dead or Alive." Although I hate myself for missing it.
Oct 9th, 2011 at 02:31 GMT
I saw "Inní" and immediately tried "Inni Gadda da Vida."
Oct 9th, 2011 at 04:41 GMT
I actually got more than I expected... I guess listening to the radio 24/7 really pays off! I didn't even know that I knew some of these.
Oct 10th, 2011 at 14:06 GMT
Kinda ironic that the last one I got was "You Really Got Me"
Oct 10th, 2011 at 23:13 GMT
Give the drummer back? Fly to the Vitleysingur? More like a Devil? Hungry and in love? Now those songs I wanna hear!
Oct 11th, 2011 at 16:58 GMT
Epic inclusion of Sigur Ros
Oct 12th, 2011 at 03:59 GMT
More Than a Feeling is my all-time favorite song, but I saw feeling and got Hooked on a Feeling stuck in my head. Even though hooked wasn't there, I couldn't think of anything else to fit. ugh.
Jan 1st, 2012 at 10:01 GMT
100% with 4 seconds to go, phew! Really good quiz, nice mix
Apr 16th, 2012 at 21:44 GMT
"Till" should be "til"
Jan 31st, 2013 at 19:50 GMT
Feb 7th, 2013 at 21:33 GMT
It makes me sad that Iron and Wine is the least guessed answer.
