All credit goes to yippeeyappee and his great cryptogram quizzes.

Great stuff. Only criticism is that one of the Asian capitals is in Europe.

had 7 minutes left. I think each category should have its own cryptogram, otherwise it is fill in the blank.

It's kind of nice to have loads of time to work them all out. But the inescapable feeling is that it may be a little too generous!

Idk even get it but I guess it's good anyway haha

Is it really necessary to answer in order?
Sep 3rd, 2010 at 10:31 GMT
It was really fun at first, trying to work out which letter substituted for which. But towards the end, once you worked it out, it ended up a chore of just slotting in the right letters. I think 54 answers is a bit too many. Maybe cut them down by half. Good game otherwise!

Super fun. The damn Q just killed me. I kept looking for that letter elsewhere to use, since I know hardly any Prime Ministers.

I don't think there was too much time or that it was a chore at the end - I was still working right up til the last second, though I did waste a bit of time finding a piece of paper so I could write the code down. 5 sporcles.

@rk559 i agree, NICR QUIZ :)

great quiz - but though too much time for others, not nearly enough for me - I guess I should have written down the code, but didn't have a pen/paper on hand.

Awesome quiz, but way too much time. Maybe make the time limit 12 minutes?

Great quiz, but it should be "Emmys", not "Emmies".

Way to include Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek)

B***K*K, Asian capital? Bangkok! Wait, what? Nice trap for Bishkek.

Great quiz. I love cryptograms, but I'm just so slow at them!
Dec 25th, 2011 at 10:00 GMT
I love the title, especially since it uses the only missing letter.
Dec 25th, 2011 at 14:04 GMT
I just wasted my time, apparently... Too bad for you I saw that after ending the quiz. =p Anyway, it's a fun quiz. I would have liked the time to finish the whole thing, because I'm so slow at these, but I doubt Sporcle allows that.

Perfect amount of time- I'm chugging along comfortably until I see 2 minutes left. I give a little hiccup and then barrel down to the end.

Okay, I admit, I cheated. But in doing so, I ran across this online (and also downloadable) cryptogram solver, which is pretty freakin' impressive. http://www.blisstonia.com/software/WebDecrypto/
