Also, some of these countries do have railways, but not public railways, such as Iceland. You'd have to change the title of the quiz. Not your fault but the source is full of problems.

I changed the source and did a bit more research which resulted in my adding another 30 countries... I also deleted Oman, as it has had a small railway operating at a tourist attraction since 2006.

Please accept CAR for Central African Republic and just Micronesia for FSM. Also surprised by the absence of Vatican City.

There might be a subway station close to Vatican, but that station and the railway attached is the property of Italy, not Vatican. I don't think that there are railways passing through Vatican city, unless the subway tunnel goes under Vatican.

Pretty sure that although Jamaica has a railway system it's currently mothballed
