Just because Wikipedia says it's an internal organ doesn't make it one; the eyes are external. The bones, on the other hand, are all technically internal organs.

What about the cochlea? The parathyroid gland? The lymph nodes? Bones? Small/large intestines? This list needs some work.

Yeah, seems kinda arbitrary what you did and didn't include.

Anything inside your body can technically be considered an organ, such as blood, but I think it's a good list of the major ones.

Testes should be acceptable for testicles.

I have always seen it spelt oesophagus. Maybe it can be an alternate spelling?

Maybe try to include the names of the intestine, such as the colon, duodenum and jejunum, and accept other answers like Gastrointestinal Tract, etc. I also agree with Loona in that testes should be accepted as well as testicles.

You should also be consistent in your acceptance of plurals, e.g. you accept kidney, but not lung.

I typed testes three times. It should be accepted. Testes and testicles are the same thing. Since when are eyes internal? If they are internal, then so it skin.
