Jeez, only 26 and I dismissed half the answers as only having one i. However Vatican City is a bit iffy IMO.

Vatican City is a sovereign state and thus can be used legitimately in the context of this and all countries of the world quizzes on Sporcle. :)

The definative Sporcle country and capital quizzes have Vatican as the name of the country and Vatican City the capital.
