I actually don't get the clue of 'subliminal hi five message' at all, even after reading the answer. Got the other 9, though.

I get "subliminal hi-five message," but only after seeing the answer. I had no idea what that meant.

Also, technically any relationship after the crash could be considered "Lost's version of a pair of star-crossed lovers". Julie & Jack, Jack & Kate, Kate & Sawyer, Sayid & Shannon, Claire & Charlie, etc. That one should be a little more specific.

Blood should also be acceptable for Hurley's phobias.

"star-crossed lovers" actually more accurately refers to nikki and paulo if you think about it. and hurley's phobia is blood. something he's wary of and a phobia are totally different. and just because a ship has the word "black" in it doesn't make it related to the black pearl at all. this quiz sucks.

The star-crossed lovers clue relies on you knoweledge of Shakespeare's plays. The prologue of "Romeo and Juliet" refers to Romeo and Juliet as "a pair of star-cross'd lovers" As Juliet is part of that couple I used Juliet from Lost to connect the two.

Alex and Karl are more like Romeo and Juliet. They are young, in love, their parents (at least Ben) disapproves of the relationship and they both died at a very young age... Seriously, good intentions but terrible clues.
