1) source? 2) way too much time 3) why are decimals used for 2 and 3 but not for anyone else?

When I saw the title for this quiz I got all excited and as I was waiting for it to load I was thinking, "Please don't suck, please don't suck!" But alas, it sucked. Why not give the speeds (coupled with year or team) and make us guess the pitcher? And like the above comment, why do only two of them have decimals?

Wouldnt having the name the pitchers be a much better quiz? And didnt Chapman get to 106 this year?

Terrible. Why would you have us name the speed? Horrible idea.

Mark Wohlers definitely threw 103 MPH. I agree with everyone who posted above me, too.

Even if this was done well, there really isn't a way to consistently measure the fastest pitches ever, with changing technology and radar guns not being that accurate.
