Agree with paultoes... by including the year as a clue it just becomes another generic 'name the Oscar winner for this year' quiz. There are a thousand of them already.

Instead of the year, maybe a description of the element(s) that necessitate the rating. For example, for 1972, "gun violence, severed animal head".

I would include "Amadeus" as a bonus answer. Although the original version that won Best Picture was rated PG, it was re-released with an R rating.
