I thought maybe adding one or two more minutes would help. I'm generally pretty good with all baseball quizzes but ran out of time quickly here.

Definitely add another two minutes- I didn't have enough time to go through all the teams in my head. Also Pedro is absolutely active, he just said he isn't pitching this season. I expect him to sign next year for sure. And yes, Delgado is currently playing in AAA for the Red Sox.

I will add 2 more minutes. I added Delgado because he has a contract with the Red Sox but it out due to injury right now. Pedro has a contract with no one and is healthy, although he has not officially announced his retirement. I will consider adding him though. Also, Wainwright doesn't currently have enough innings to qualify.

The thing about Pedro is if I add him, I should also add guys like Jason Schmidt, Troy Percival, Jason Isringhausen and others. They haven't announced their retirements either, but are currently not on any team this year.

RICKEY HENDERSON still hasn't announced his retirement, I don't see anyone calling for his listing on here...

If you guys want to play by that logic then you might as well put Smoltz and Sheffield on here.

I would add the minimum criteria in your quiz explanation so we have a better idea of eligibility.

For some reason it won't let me edit the game right now, but as soon as I can I will list the minimum requirements above. For those wondering, to qualify for career ERA, a pitcher must have 1000 ip and 100 decisions. To qualify for batting average a player must have 3000 plate appearances.

Edit - 100 decisions is required for career win %, but not for career ERA. Just 1000 innings pitched is required for ERA.

You mention jason isringhausen, if you added delgado because he is in AAA you should also add isringhausen he is currently playing for the reds AAA, the louisville bats. He is like delgado in that they are also both on the DL. and played aug of this year for their AAA teams

this needs to be updated with current info, or a cutoff date needs to be added such as "as of 2010" or whatever it may be. When no disclaimer about the date is given, it is assumed it is based on current info which this clearly is not
