	@ArtFever The source for this is the "Economist" magazine. It's based on a certain number of factors grouped into 5 areas which are stability, health care, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. The economist magazine did this before the vancouver riots so they suggested that it would go down. The article is here http://www.economist.com/blogs/gulliver/2011/08/liveability-ranking

	@RichoIsGod I think this was done during the Brisbane floods so thats probably why Brisbane doesn't feature. Environment is one of the criteria. And the economist, who does the survey, is based in the UK so any place where the temperature ever gets above 22 degrees is hot haha

	Makes sense. Brisbane often ranks pretty highly in these. I wonder how far they slipped.
