Skull, brain, liver, femur...and I'm sure I'm forgetting some very obvious ones. Also, if you are going to include brows you open yourself up to other plurals like hands, palms, lungs, knees etc., probably better off just removing brows. Fun quiz though

Yeah, you're missing a whole lot. What betraisefold said, tooth/teeth, aorta, uvula (tricky tricky), sinus, plus if you're going to include specific bones there are a lot more of them.

I would also add the anvil; even though it's not the official name, it's the most common.

Belly? Why not tummy then? Also you're missing at least colon, aorta, vulva.

also, there is no such thing as a "bicep". it is biceps (both singular and plural), and there are two kinds, one on the arm (biceps humerus) and one on the leg (biceps femurus), more commonly known as the hamstring.

You should add the cecum, the ilium, the pubis, the ileum, gland, nerve, the incus/anvil, joint, ovary, the blood, lymph, the vomer, the hyoid bone, the coxal bone, and the talus bone.
