@prouvaire: It seemed like Shakespeare was using it as a demonym in Richard II. After looking at it again, however, it's not exactly clear, so I've taken it out. Nice catch. (And believe me, you're in good company here with the whole "nerdy" thing.) @shakescene & Q_Pheevr: Thanks! those have been added. @balatjr: I put 'Milan' in because Shakespeare uses it as a demonym, but he never uses the word "Arab". But since I accept 'Milanese' I'll accept 'Arab' as well. I may just take them both out at some point. @johnlk: I'm going with demonym as meaning 'name for a resident of a locality', which would make 'Jew' a questionable inclusion. @Rom: I tend to add bonuses as I go in these kinds of quizzes--but I should've had that in from the beginning. @amusemental: Thanks for the bonus suggestion. |
