Good idea for a quiz...however there are some errors. For instance, Halo...you chose a screen shot of a random forged map as a dangerous robot? Why not a sentinal, 343 guilty spark, etc? For Mighty Morphin...I don't think that's the image of the main (hero) robot. Not really "dangerous" in my opinion...slightly misleading.

@mailman - I only realize now after you pointed it out that it isn't here. It was, originally. I'm not actually sure what happened--have to put it in now.
@TheCavsfan: I didn't see the former and didn't even know the latter existed. But it definitely has evil robots, so could do.

Is that John Ritter in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer picture?

The Iron Monger is NOT a robot. It is a man in a suit of armor.

@nvs_titansfan: it is indeed John Ritter. He dated Buffy's mom until it turned out that he was, well, a murderous robot.

I think it's a bit misleading to have "X-men" and "Wolverine" as answers. I mean, Wolverine was part of the X-men franchise.

Okay, okay. To be fair I
did
look them up before I even put them in the quiz. The Oxford English Dictionary actually calls them a "type of robot" and various other sources call them "cyborgs" of extra-terrestrial origin. My childish replies were I guess just a lame attempt to get a more elaborate explanation than "Daleks aren't robots" and "look it up". But I
think
what you're saying is they're technically a mutant/cyborg alien race and not robots in the sense that any of these other things are robots. And that's fair.
At any rate it doesn't matter - replaced them with Barry from "Archer".

This discussion is basically over, but a Dalek is a squishy mutant blob that controls a "travel machine." In a way, calling a Dalek a robot is like calling a tank driver a robot.
