@vodou: I actually take a lot of care with alternate answers, but at no point--not in any of the film's advertising, packaging, web listings, imdb, wikipedia, etc--have I ever seen that film called "Terminator II". (In fact, no film sequel used roman numerals between 1990 and 1998, according to a recent article in slate--the address is too long to post, but just google it. Yes, there is an actual article about this, I'm as surprised as your are)
In my mind "2" should always be accepted no matter what, but "II" only for films that actually used the roman numerals at least once.
Anyway, if you'd simply suggested the alternate answer, I would've just put it in. But your unnecessary "Hmmm..." struck me as smug and raised my ire a bit. If it wasn't intended that way, then my sincere apologies.
