	i too have never heard of this "tax" character: can you give me a book/chapter? also, didn't paylor work for the capitol for a while?

	Tax is the "male trainer at the archery academy". He is named in Catching Fire, and I believe Katniss remembers him from having the same job in the first book. I read it on my Kindle, so I can't give you a page number, but he's about 60-70% of the way through Catching Fire, right before the 75th games begin. But don't take my word for it. I wouldn't remember him either--he's a one-shot character--but he's definitely real, and that's definitely his name. @pieenthusiast: There is no indication that Paylor ever worked for the Capitol. She is introduced as the rebel leader in District 8 (we are left to assume she is from there as well), and she later...well, you know, spoiler alert, etc. But no--no mention of her working for the Capital.
