Your Borat title is a little bit too long. Nice quiz.

I can't believe one in five people knew how to spell Lumbergh

@chocabloc - I suspect that most people missed the instruction that they had to type in the last name as well as the first for the Bills. And when they typed in "Bill" and nothing happened, they assumed they got it wrong. (I would just give people credit for both if they type in "Bill.")

huh....looks like IMDB is wrong, because although the movie's name is "beetlejuice" the character's name is "betelgeuse", like the star.

You also shouldn't require the middle name of the Eddie Murphy character.

There have obviously been some changes since the quiz was first created. No way Boba Fett is the least known.

Yes, as @joshmassey guessed some characters have been swapped in, out, and around since the quiz was first made, so it will take many more plays before you can trust the accuracy of the stats. (Some quizmakers would be able to tell you
exactly
how many more plays. I am not smart like that.)

Bluto is next to last. There was a time when he was as recognizable as any movie character. The times, they are a-changing.

Koltrane: I think he is still recognizable but people just dont realize his name is Bluto in the movie...Animal House is one of my most watched movies and I still started typing Belushi. I think alot of people just think of that character as "John Belushi's character in Animal House."

I wonder what percentage of people who got the picture of Uma Thurman were trying to guess the pictures of Helena Bonham Carter or Robin Wright.

Way too easy. You accept Bill for Bill Lumbergh. At least make it a 'answer in order.' People can just type Bob and Bill and so forth randomly. No need to think.

@ensiform: You're preaching to the choir, my friend. I had this set up just as you described but it was changed before it was featured. Sporcle stays away from the "answer in order" picture format unless it is absolutely unavoidable. I thought 'B' way too common a first-name letter to
not
do answer in order. But if they want it like this, I'm in no position to object--I'm happy enough with it being published.

Rather annoying to have someone alter a quiz after you make a point for improvement and then you are marked down afterwards. Really need a way to remove your own out-of-date comments.

Biff Tannen (Back to the Future) would have been good to use.
