Portland's interstates are 84 and 5,which multiplies to 420 Denver also has I-76, so its product should be 133,000 Little Rock also has the product of 1200 Houston also has the product of 450. Epic fail

Fun idea, but too many variations. 400 could be LA - 40 and 10. I immediately tried Houston on 45 and 10 but it didn't work.

Agree with Houston = 45 * 10. 1200 also = 30 * 40 = Little Rock. I'm thinking it'd be a lot more fun if you took ALL cities where interstates meet, and give all answers. So we could pick a city we know and find the number. And lots more time. 2H^2 and 3H^2 would be fun :-p If you don't want to go to all the trouble, I might be interested in doing it, let me know!
