All of these states get really cold...except for Nevada, but in NV you have plenty of other reasons to drink.

Much too much time. After guessing a few, I still had plenty of time to just name every state in the union, and have 90 seconds left over.

*mikepmeyers - +1 for Madison, but you also gotta give Milwaukee some credit. Forbes, which I know isn't exactly the US Census, recently named Milwaukee the drunkest city in America.*
