I have to say, it is slightly better than most antonym quizzes but that is partly because you've based your quiz on simple words instead of, for example, movie titles or something like that, this means you are able to create answers that are antonyms instead of some other quizzes where they fail by substituting words instead of thinking of antonyms - e.g. the film "The Number 23" in another quiz might be "The Letter 32" - clearly not an antonym!
The problem with all these quizzes, apart from some idiots making them not realising what is and what isn't an antonym, is that there can potentially be several antonyms for various words and not all possible combinations are made acceptable.
Personally, I would be surprised if I saw an antonym quiz that was accurate, good and challenging, for that reason I think people shouldn't waste their time making them. As I have already said, this is the best (or at least most accurate) one that I've seen but it still isn't that good. |
