| Great idea for a quiz, dolebanana- and a nice mix of obvious, easy and in between! |

| Great Quiz.I only believed that Memento was Eastern Promises. |

| Excellent quiz! I hope you decide to turn this into a series of quizzes. |

| Now I have the music from the Lion King menu screen stuck in my head. (Also I want my Avengers DVD *now*... six days until my preordered copy should come in!) |

| I THOUGHT that looked Wes Anderson-y, dangit. |
Comment below threshold: show it | myitbos: | Sep 27th, 2012 at 04:17 GMT | | -7 points |
| God I'm sick of the Big Lebowski. |

| @myitbos- Yeah well, that's just,like, your opinion,man. |

| Some of these I have never seen on DVD, so had to guess and got Being John Malkovich right. |

| Wow... took me a minute to figure out Bottle Rocket. I originally said Little Miss Sunshine (scoring a point elsewhere) even though I knew the color of the van was wrong.
It looked like a Wes Anderson thing and then the yellow jumpsuits finally tipped me off. |

| So it's a feather that floats around in Forrest Gump then? Huh. I haven't rewatched it in years, but I remember it as a leaf. |

| Good quiz, good difficulty, sad I got Tangled and not Memento... |

| WTF is bottle rocket? |
 | druhutch: | Sep 27th, 2012 at 18:17 GMT | | 17 points |
@MitchellGoosen: It's the first movie that Wes Anderson (Rushmore, Fantastic Mr. Fox) directed. I realize that you aren't looking for an answer. But I was surprised and pleased to see it. Complaints like "WTF is ______?" are the reason why we see the same 10 movies in every movie quiz. |
 | buis_golalas: | Sep 27th, 2012 at 19:07 GMT | | 6 points |
| I'm proud of myself for getting Bottle Rocket for only having seen the movie once a good while back. Not so proud of myself for staring at an african plain and being unable to come up with The Lion King. |
 | EmTeeZ: | Sep 27th, 2012 at 20:35 GMT | | 2 points |
| @druhutch Why do you read that as a complaint? The guy just didn't know what Bottle Rocket is. Sporclers are WAY too sensitive sometimes. |
 | pete32782: | Sep 27th, 2012 at 20:45 GMT | | 11 points |
| @EmTeeZ then why leave the comment? A simple search on IMDB will answer the question. The point of leaving a "WTF is" comment is to subtly complain that the movie is too obscure for them, and the only valid response to that is: watch more movies. |

| +1 if you thought Memento was American History X. |
 | Vails: | Oct 4th, 2012 at 14:24 GMT | | 1 point |
| I actually tried Fantastic Mr. Fox for the Bottle Rocket one. You're right, it is very Wesandersony! |

| I get the feeling that at some point I'm going to have to watch "The Big Lebowski"... |

| How depressing. I own the Wall-E DVD and couldn't come up with the answer, even guessing Rear Window for some reason. Maybe the fact I still have the DVD wrapped up explains that lol |
