Kind of a you know it or you don't quiz, though I guess you could randomly guess colours until you got that one right. Why don't you expand it to a one OR two colours quiz then you may have something...

...and the countries of the antarctica region, push start and you win! yeah but this is either get it in 2 seconds or don't get it at all. luckily i remember libya from a previous sporcle flag game, and was like its ONLY green??

The flag isn't plain - theres a green dragon holding a green sword in front of a green tree with two green AK47s crossing each other above it. Can't you see? ;)
