It's in order of when the superstar won the second of the two championships for the first time...thus becoming a superstar who has won both the IC and US titles.

You're missing Ric Flair. Won the U.S. title back in the NWA days and the Intercontinental title in 2005.

I think it should accept "Bradshaw" (despite him winning both titles as JBL, he was still known by that name). Otherwise, loved this quiz.
