WCRoentgen - Because I had to break it up somehow, the general rule is North America (excluding the Caribbean region, which is its own quiz) & Europe (including the North Sea, an arm of the Atlantic) is on this quiz, in addition to 1 African country, while South America & the rest of Africa are on the South Atlantic quiz. If you go to my contributed quizzes page you'll find a handful of other maps including the aforementioned South Atlantic & Caribbean as well as Mediterranean, Indian Ocean, Pacific, Baltic Sea, Malay Archipelago, Arctic, & Antarctic.
m0ckers - Sorry you didn't enjoy it, but part of the quiz is knowing where things are. Both the numbers & letters start in the bottom left corner & progress clockwise across the map, its not a scattered order. In reference to your 2nd comment, Mali doesn't border the Ocean as it is landlocked & the North Sea is a part of the Atlantic Ocean.
sennomulo (& others curious) - A bailiwick is an area under the jurisdiction of a bailiff (like a kingdom is under a king, a duchy is under a duke, etc.), I agree, we should have more.
