Yeah, I think both first and last names should be enough (or nickname). Especially Abby and Ziva aren't referred to by their last names that often on the show.

Why doesnt just plain "ziva" work? And "ducky"? And "Tony"? And "Abby"? Thank goodness I'm enough of an NCIS buff that i know the last names....
