| Based on what? I have played each of these sports aside from gymnastics and steer wrestling and the only ones that have a barrier to playing are Ice hockey, skiing, and waterpolo. otherwise I would say a coordinated person could watch a game for a few minutes and understand the general idea and play at a fundamentally sound recreational level right away. Skating, Skiing might take a couple of hours/days to get fundamentals of balace down. Water polo - learning to swim/tread water for long durations will take time to master. If you already have those skills, going from skating to playing hockey is not hard, same with skiing and water polo. |
