| Damn, this really takes me back more than any of the other pokemon quizzes. Feels like I'm training the little guys all over again. I always hated how you couldn't join team rocket after you beat nugget bridge. The game would be 10x better if you could join, work your way up in the organization, overthrow the wimpy Giovanni, and take over the world. It would also have been better if you could get all the pokemon in the game except about 12 without having to shell out 30 more bucks for another identical game with the rest, and if you could keep both fossils at mount moon. You kicked the super nerd's ass! Why should he get one?! Good game overall, but some really crappy flaws. And why the f*ck didn't they ever make a Pokemon 64? Pokemon Snap, are you kidding me?? Who'd they contract to come up with ideas for their 3D games, Ansel Adams?! The bastards milked the franchise for all it was worth but never gave you what you actually wanted: a genuine pokemon adventure with 3D graphics. If they had combined Gold and Silver into one game and released it as the first full-fledged Pokemon game on the N64 and actually written a decent score for the game, it would have been a bigger hit than all the gameboy games combined. It would have been the Super Mario of the 90's. And don't even get me started on those stupid pokemon contests from the ruby/sapphire games! The only reason anyone bothered with those was to get Milotic, but the worst part of the game by far was how you capture Feebas. What were they smoking when they thought that up?! "Hmm, let's see. I know! What would kids love more than to have to spend hours on end fishing every pixel of the lake along route 127 just to capture a single pokemon? [falling headfirst down a portapotty and being babysat by John Wayne Gacy come to mind]". "Sounds great, Bill! As a reward, we'll let you write the Elite Four monologues for this game." By the way, why does mantooth have a photo of Billy Mays on his profile? |
